This Policy applies when you visit mkodesolution.com, contact us, request or receive a proposal, enter into a contract, make a payment, receive digital content, or otherwise interact with us as a customer, potential customer, supplier, or business contact.
External services, including Stripe checkout pages, operate under their own privacy notices. We encourage you to review them before submitting personal data.

- Billing and business data, such as billing address, tax details, invoice data, contracts, and transaction references.

- Payment status and limited transaction details received from payment providers. We do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.

6. Payments and invoicing
Stripe or another payment provider may collect identity, payment, device, and fraud-prevention data when you make a payment. We receive transaction identifiers, status, amount, currency, customer details, and related information needed to fulfil the purchase and maintain records.
We may use Oblio or another invoicing provider to generate, transmit, and retain invoices and legally required billing records.
7. Who may receive personal data
We disclose personal data only where reasonably necessary to payment and invoicing providers, banks, accountants and professional advisers, hosting and IT providers, email and communication providers, subcontractors engaged for agreed work, and public authorities where required by law.
These recipients act as processors, independent controllers, or professional recipients depending on their role. We do not sell personal data.
8. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Romania or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism together with appropriate safeguards.
